General Rules and Regulations *

● Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the property. ● Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must remain leashed at all times—no exceptions. ● Power will not be provided for reservations. ● Food trucks are not allowed. ● Music, Djs, or live bands are not permitted on the patio during reservations. ● No confetti, glitter, or nails/tacks for hanging decorations. All décor must be removed at the end of the reservation. ● Children must be supervised at all times for their safety and the enjoyment of all guests. ● A final headcount is required one week before your reservation. ● The patio rental fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation

● Early entry is not permitted. ● Reservations are limited to two hours and end promptly at their scheduled time. ● Snacks & drinks (beer, wine, cider, and nonalcoholic beverages) are available for purchase at our farm stand ● Guests are responsible for their own setup and cleanup within their reservation window. ● Outside food is permitted, but all food must be pre-prepared. Use of our refrigeration or freezer space is not allowed. On-site cooking, open flames, food trucks, and similar are not permitted ● Reservations are held rain or shine. We do not have an alternative indoor space in the event of poor weather. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
